Using Lego to solve business challenges

Yesterday was my fifth ‘Tuesday Practice’ of the year, where I’m taking one day a week off for rest, reflection and personal development.

Before my weekly acting class I met up with my friend Nick. Nick has recently become a certified practitioner in LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®. We had a great hour playing with Lego with Nick conducting a ‘3D interview,’ demonstrating how to use Lego to help articulate a business challenge that you’re facing.

It’s founded on the idea that “humans learn profound life lessons through play, and on the powerful connection between our hands and our brain.” I love that.

I have been playing with Lego for over fifty years now (and always have some bricks on my desk - see below, this was sent to me by a reader of my first book ‘Leap!’), thanks Nick for opening my eyes to how to use it for navigating businsss and work topics.
